Stealing your autonomy and integrity are red flags

Infighting and divisive are words that point with 100% accuracy to someone who is not authentic. This could be an abuser, a violent person, a narcissist. Invalidating you, denying your reality and changing your perceptions are all forms of abuse. Normal, healthy people do not use these terminologies. There is no debate, it's been writen about for decades and is a known element of abusive individuals. The same can be said for these phrases: You blow things out of proportion, you're a man hater, you're too sensitive. No one can define you or your boundaries.
